- Dry products : We deliver worldwide.
- Fresh and frozen products : At the moment, we only deliver to France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Delivery times
- Dry and non-perishable products : Delivery in 5 to 10 working days internationally and in 2 to 5 working days in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Fresh produce : Delivery within 24 to 48 hours in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
- Frozen products : Delivery within 24 to 48 hours in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier chosen. We will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Delivery costs
We calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of your order, your geographic area, and the type of products ordered. Shipping costs are displayed before you finalize your shopping cart.
- Free delivery for all orders over €80 (offer valid in France, Belgium, Luxembourg).
- Delivery costs from €3.90 for orders under €80.
- For international deliveries (dry goods only), charges vary depending on the country and package weight (see at checkout).
Delivery methods
- Standard delivery : At home or at a relay point (depending on the products and the geographical area).
- Express delivery : At home only (supplement from €9.90).

- Fresh and frozen products : We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday to guarantee the cold chain.

Order tracking

Receipt of order
- We recommend that you check the condition of the package upon receipt.

Returns and Refunds

- Fresh and frozen products are neither returned nor exchanged, except in cases of proven non-conformity.
